Agilent / HP 16500A Logic Analyzer Combines the capabilities of a logic state and timing analyzer, a digitizing oscilloscope, a digital pattern generator and a high-speed timing analyzer. Five slots in the rear of the instrument accept cards in mix and match combinations. A simplified user interface provides easy access to powerful features through the 9", touch sensitive color display and front panel knob. Pop-up menus. Two built-in 3 " floppy disk drives allow storage of instrument setups and test results. Instant hardcopy output to graphics printers. Fully programmable.

The 16500A Logic Analyzer System can be configured for your debug, characterization, or pass/fail testing applications. Start with this focused system, then expand it as your group$$$s needs grow and evolve. The 16500A$$$s five card slots hold state/timing cards, timing cards, pattern generator cards, and digitizing oscilloscope cards (sold separately). With the use of these cards together, measurements that could not be made with separate instruments are now possible.
