Description: The HP Agilent 4275A is a reconditioned Multi-Frequency LCR Meter that covers from 10kHz to 10MHz in 10 spot frequencies in a 1-2-4 step sequence.

Basic accuracy of ±0.1%; high resolution of 0.00001; 5 1/2-digits.
Measures equivalent series resistance (ESR), impedance, phase angle, reactance, susceptance and conductance, in addition to L, C, R, D and Q parameters.
