The 1631D Logic Analyzer with 50 MHz Digitizing Oscilloscope is quite versatile providing a digitizing two-channel oscilloscope and a logic analyzer in one low-cost instrument. The 50MHz digitizing oscilloscope offers 200 MS/s digitizing rate for capturing single-shot waveforms, two simultaneous channels, and single-shot time intervals to ±1.5 ns. The Logic Analyzer offers 100MHz timing analyzer, time-interval accuracy to ±1.5 ns, and 25MHz state analyzer. Provides up to 43 state channels, 16 timing channels, and 2 analog channels.
