RSA6100A 系列可以幫助您簡便地發(fā)現(xiàn)其它信號分析儀可能會漏掉的設(shè)計問題。革命性的DPX®頻譜畫面可以用顏色生動直觀地顯示頻域中信號瞬變隨時間變化情況,立即顯示發(fā)生的問題,為你的設(shè)計提供足夠信心,。其它信號分析儀是不可能提供這種生動的瞬變顯示的。一旦使用DPX 發(fā)現(xiàn)了問題,RSA6100A 系列實時頻譜分析儀(RTSA)可以觸發(fā)事件,捕獲變化的RF 事件的連續(xù)時間記錄,在所有域中進行時間相關(guān)分析。您可以在一臺儀器中,同時獲得寬帶矢量信號分析儀、頻譜分析儀和實時頻譜分析儀獨有的觸發(fā)- 捕獲- 分析功能。
發(fā)現(xiàn)
通過采用DPXTM頻譜處理引擎專利技術(shù),頻譜分析儀可以實時分析瞬變信號。由于可以執(zhí)行每秒>48,000個頻率變換,因此在頻域中可以顯示事件周期最短24 μs的瞬變。這較掃描分析技術(shù)改進了500倍。可以在位圖顯示中根據(jù)發(fā)生頻率在事件上標出色碼,以無可比擬的方式查看瞬變信號。
 革命性的DPX頻譜畫面揭示了瞬變信號行為,幫助您發(fā)現(xiàn)不穩(wěn)定性、毛刺和干擾。在這里,可以詳細查看發(fā)生不頻繁的瞬變信號。發(fā)生頻次用顏色等級表示,不頻繁的瞬變事件用藍色表示(右面),噪聲背景用紅色表示。
觸發(fā)
泰克頻率模板觸發(fā)(FMT)專利技術(shù)選項02可以在高達110 MHz帶寬中簡便地捕獲瞬變信號。可以簡單地配置FMT,監(jiān)測采集帶寬內(nèi)頻率占用的所有變化。功率觸發(fā)在時域及任何采集帶寬內(nèi)工作,可以監(jiān)測越過用戶設(shè)置的功率門限的瞬間時點。解析帶寬可以與功率觸發(fā)一起使用,限制頻帶,降低噪聲。它為同步測試系統(tǒng)事件提供了兩種外部觸發(fā)。
捕獲
可以捕獲一次,然后進行多次測量,而不需重新捕獲。采集帶寬中的所有信息將記錄到RSA6100A 系列的深存儲器中。記錄長度視選擇的采集帶寬而變化,在配備FMT/深存儲選項02的情況下,在帶寬為110 MHz 時記錄長度是1.7 秒,帶寬為1 MHz 時記錄長度是81.9 秒,帶寬為10 kHz時記錄長度是1.46小時。它在直到110 MHz 的所有采集帶寬中提供了73 dB 的無雜散動態(tài)范圍 (選項110),當存在大信號時可以實時捕獲小信號。
 觸發(fā)和捕獲:頻率模板觸發(fā)功能監(jiān)測域頻變化,把任何超限信號捕獲到存儲器中。三維頻譜圖畫面(左面的面板)顯示了頻率和幅度隨時間變化情況。通過在頻譜圖中選擇頻譜超限觸發(fā)FMT的時點,頻域視圖(右面的面板)會自動更新,在該時點上顯示詳細的頻譜視圖。
分析
RSA6100A 系列引入了多種分析功能,對處理元器件或RF 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、集成和性能檢驗的工程師或處理網(wǎng)絡(luò)、頻譜監(jiān)測或監(jiān)控的運營工程師,提高了他們的工作效率。除頻譜分析外,頻譜圖同時顯示頻率和幅度隨時間變化情況。可以在頻域、相位域、幅度域和調(diào)制域中進行時間相關(guān)測量。這特別適合包括跳頻、脈沖特點、調(diào)制切換、穩(wěn)定時間、帶寬變化和間歇性信號的信號分析工作。
