產(chǎn)品概述：

S13xC超薄光電二極管功率探頭設(shè)計(jì)用于在狹小的空間測(cè)量光功率。探頭端的厚度只有5 mm，可以用在無法使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率計(jì)的密集光學(xué)元件、籠式系統(tǒng)和其它裝置中。校準(zhǔn)可追溯至NIST的探頭具有Ø9.5 mm大孔徑、可滑動(dòng)中性密度濾光片，能夠以一個(gè)緊湊裝置測(cè)量?jī)蓚�(gè)功率范圍。
