產品概述：

S13xC超薄光電二極管功率探頭設計用于在狹小的空間測量光功率。探頭端的厚度只有5 mm，可以用在無法使用標準功率計的密集光學元件、籠式系統(tǒng)和其它裝置中。校準可追溯至NIST的探頭具有Ø9.5 mm大孔徑、可滑動中性密度濾光片，能夠以一個緊湊裝置測量兩個功率范圍。
